We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one week of purchase. A 20% restocking charge for any return product and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Amusement Wholesale guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can exchange within 1 month after purchase.

Custom Items

All orders that are custom which will be stated on your sales receipt. All sales are final no returns or exchanges, only warranties will be honored.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return or exchange purchases. You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges.

Since quantities may be limited, please call to confirm an exchange.

Items must be in like new condition for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not in like new condition, item will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Returns and Refunds

If you return or refund a product,we recommend that you ship your item with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Amusement Wholesale is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of tracking. All shipping costs for return or refund is the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
